Your Satisfaction Comes First

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Madeline Montréal. If an item is not quite right, you may return it for a refund. Exchanges are also available for orders returned from within Canada.

Returns Within Canada

To return an order from within Canada, complete the return form included with your package and send the item back using the enclosed return label.

International Returns

Customers returning an order from outside Canada are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may use a courier of your choice. Alternatively, contact us at info@madeline-montreal.com and we can arrange a return label for you. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

All items must be unworn, except when briefly tried on, and returned in their original condition with all labels attached.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be sent to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take between 10 and 21 days for the refund to appear in your account.
